Transfer abroad
I explicitly consent to the photos and portrait details I upload being transferred to, and processed by, AI and cloud infrastructure providers located abroad for the purpose of creating my portrait. This English text is provided for convenience; the Turkish version is the binding one.
Photos of children
If I upload a photo of a person under 18, I declare that I am their parent or legal guardian and that I explicitly consent to their photo being processed for the same purpose.
Marketing emails
If I tick the separate box, I agree to receive offers and discounts by email. I can withdraw this consent at any time using the "unsubscribe" link in every email.
Withdrawal
I can withdraw my explicit consent at any time by writing to merhaba@patiliportre.com; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Text version: 2026-10-01.
