Products and payment
The main features, quantities and total price including VAT of the ordered products are shown in the summary on the checkout screen. Payment is taken on the secure page of the payment provider; card details never reach the seller.
Delivery
Digital portraits are usually ready within a few minutes after payment. Physical products are printed, shipped and delivered to an address in Türkiye only.
Right of withdrawal
Personalized products and digital content delivered immediately are not covered by the right of withdrawal (Distance Contracts Regulation, article 15).
