Distance Sales Agreement

Parties

Subject

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations relating to the sale and delivery of the digital portraits and, where ordered, personalized physical products the buyer orders on the site, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Products and prices

Digital portrait prices are shown in Turkish lira, including VAT, on the checkout screen.

Physical products (shipping and the digital portrait included, delivery within Türkiye only): Porcelain mug (300 ml, white porcelain, in a gift box): ₺899; Satin pillow (40×40 cm, white satin): ₺1,199; Tote bag (35×40 cm, natural canvas): ₺1,199; Puzzle (A4, 42 pieces, with stand): ₺999; Kitchen apron (Bib apron, white, full length): ₺1,249; Mug + pillow set (Porcelain mug and satin pillow): ₺1,998.

Delivery

Digital portraits are prepared after payment and made available for download on the portrait page; we email you when they are ready. Physical products are printed and shipped to an address in Türkiye only; physical products are not shipped abroad. The tracking number is sent by email.

Right of withdrawal

Products personalized at the buyer’s request and digital content delivered immediately are not covered by the right of withdrawal under article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation. To make sure you are happy, every portrait includes 2 free re-generations and support.

Disputes

For complaints and requests: merhaba@patiliportre.com. Disputes are handled by the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts of Türkiye within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
